Rhonda Broussard is an award-winning education entrepreneur and sought-after public speaker. She is a veteran educator and researcher who founded and led a network of language immersion and International Baccalaureate schools in the US. Rhonda studied education in Cameroon, Martinique, metropolitan France, Finland, and New Zealand. Her essays have been featured in The Future of University, North American Edition; Building Bridges, One Leader at a Time; This I Believe, Personal Essays by the Women and Men of Eisenhower Fellowships; IB World magazine, and Forbes Magazine. 

Rhonda currently serves as chair of the Board of Directors of EdNavigator, treasurer of Dat School Agile Learning Center, and Board Director of Diverse Charter Schools Coalition. Previously, Rhonda has served on the board of Missouri Charter Public School Association, PROMO - Missouriโ€™s LGBT Advocacy Leader, Campus YMCA-YWCA, and numerous advisory councils.

Rhonda is the founder and CEO of Beloved Community.

Beloved Community is a national nonprofit committed to sustainable economic equity in schools, workforce, and housing. Their work includes: one-on-one coaching through the Equity Audit Tool and Equity Lens Map, capacity-building services that ensure historically marginalized people have real access and opportunity to live vibrant, productive lives, and building communities of practice through regional and national DEI cohorts.

Rhonda is a queer, bilingual Black mama.

Rhonda lives in her native Louisiana with her partner Kim, and two children, Olivia and Oscar. Wherever she is in the world, Rhonda can usually be found studying, performing or occasionally teaching dances from the African diaspora.
